What counts as an emergency heating oil delivery?

Any time you are out of oil or close to it and cannot wait for a standard delivery, especially in cold weather. That includes an empty tank with the heat off, a near-empty tank before a storm, a new home with an empty tank, or a furnace that shut down after running dry.

How fast can you deliver emergency oil?

We move as fast as conditions allow and often deliver the same day. One Hyannis customer had a fill within a few hours during freezing weather. Exact timing depends on the weather and how busy the day is, so calling gets you the quickest, most accurate answer.

Do you deliver after hours or on weekends?

Yes. We deliver at any hour, including nights and weekends, when you need emergency heating oil. After-hours and burner service may carry an extra charge, which we will explain when you call.

My furnace shut off after running out. Can you help?
